The recipes on this site fulfill our family’s dietary requirements of meals that are:

  • Rich in nutrients, vegetables and antioxidants.
  • Free from gluten, dairy, food colouring, artificial additives such as MSG and preservatives.
  • Organic as much as possible, as a minimum for “the dirty dozen”, sugar, all grains, dried peas and dried beans, including all soy products and most vegetable oils.
