Beverages and yogurt
As far as juices go, since many fruits and berries are on the “dirty dozen” list”, we always look for organic alternatives. Our daughter has a sensitivity to phenols, so the juice she most often drinks is organic pear juice since it’s low in phenols. For milk, we have tried many fortified, organic alternatives. Our daughter currently drinks organic, fortified hemp milk at home. Whenever she has a meal away from home she has a box of organic, fortified soy milk. Our go-to yogurt is made from organic coconut milk. We use the yogurt to mix in the supplements that we give our daughter every morning.
